- Year One: Fundamentals of Project Management, Project Governance, Project Management and People, and Research Methods
- Year Two: Principles of Project Management, Project Planning and Control, and a choice between a Research Project or Research Thesis.
Teaching:
- The program employs an innovative workshop-style delivery through the Victoria University Block Model®. Instead of juggling multiple units concurrently, students focus on two units at a time for eight weeks, fostering deeper learning and stronger connections with peers.

Entry Requirements:
- Completion of an Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any discipline OR
- Completion of an Australian Graduate Diploma (or equivalent) in a similar discipline OR
- Applicants without an undergraduate qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Diploma based on approved work experience. Upon completion of the Graduate Diploma, graduates will be eligible for admission to this course with credit granted for completed units.
