It includes a Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate, and individual 8-point subjects. Students can expect a workload equivalent to a full-time job, with 10-12 hours of work per week per subject.

- Graduate Certificate in Social and Organisational Leadership
- For each 8-point subject you are enrolled in, you should expect to spend 10 to 12 hours per week working on assignments and assigned readings, tutorial assistance, individual or group research/study, forum activity, workplace learning, and attending lectures, intensive schools, or examinations. If you are studying four subjects per session, this is equivalent to a full-time job. The workload for some subjects may vary as a result of approved course design.

Entry Requirements:
Applicants are required to have an undergraduate degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent) PLUS relevant professional attainment/work experience. Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Social and Organisational Leadership on the basis of professional attainment/work experience. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate, students will be eligible for admission to the Master of Social and Organisational Leadership (with specialisations) and receive credit for applicable subjects. Graduates of CSU's Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership will be eligible for admission to the Master of Social and Organisational Leadership (with specialisations) with full credits as per IECL agreements.
