Year 2:
- Trimester 1: Property Investment, Project Management 1, Statutory Valuation, Property Economics, Property Development.
- Trimester 2: Contract Administration 2, Property Management, Advanced Property Development, Construction and Structures 1.
Year 3:
- Trimester 1: Advanced Property Analysis, Building Measurement, Construction and Structures 2, Sustainable Property Construction.
