Entry Requirements:
In addition to the criteria established for general admission to graduate studies, applicants must have the following:
- An undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale (overall or in last 60 credit hours of undergraduate work)
- Managerial work experience (preferred)
- Current resume/vita including names and contact information of 3 professional/business references
- Letter of intent addressing preparation for graduate study, ability to succeed at the graduate level and professional goals and objectives. The letter should address what the applicant expects to achieve through graduate level study. The letter should be typed, a maximum of 750 words in length, and be addressed to the Director of Admissions.
- Official GRE, GMAT, LSAT or MCAT score. Applicants may request a waiver based upon significant work experience.
- Students without an undergraduate degree in business may need to document experience in or demonstrate proficiency in the required foundation coursework prior to taking courses for which there are prerequisites. The foundation knowledge/coursework includes Principles of Management (MG 301), Statistics/Analytics (QM 257/PY 271/BA 601), and Management Information Systems (MI 375/BA 605).
