Program Description:

The MSAN program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful Registered Dietitians. The program includes:

  • In-depth coursework in nutrition science, food science, and nutrition counseling.
  • Supervised experiential learning opportunities in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community organizations.
