- Program Structure: The program consists of three seven-week courses, for a total of nine credit hours. Students can complete the program part-time, taking one course at a time.
- Course Schedule: The program is offered in a part-time, asynchronous format, with six start dates per year. Courses are offered in a seven-week format, with one course taken at a time.

MGT 5020 Operations & Project Management:
This course provides an overview of operations management concepts and techniques, including planning, scheduling, and controlling operations.
MGT 5021 Management of Lean Six Sigma Programs:
This course introduces the principles and tools of Lean Six Sigma, a process improvement methodology. Students will learn how to identify and eliminate waste in processes, and how to improve quality and efficiency.
MGT 5023 Supply Chain Risk Management:
This course examines the risks associated with supply chains, and how to mitigate those risks. Students will learn how to identify, assess, and manage supply chain risks, and how to develop contingency plans.
