MGT 5020 Operations & Project Management:

MGT 5021 Management of Lean Six Sigma Programs:

MGT 5023 Supply Chain Risk Management:

This course examines the risks associated with supply chains, and how to mitigate those risks. Students will learn how to identify, assess, and manage supply chain risks, and how to develop contingency plans.
