Program Overview


The AS-T in Biology prepares students for transfer to bachelor's programs in Biology and related fields. Graduates are equipped for careers in civil service, industry, or teaching, and are prepared for professional training in areas such as biological science education, biotechnology, nursing, and pre-medicine. The program emphasizes the use of the Scientific Method, understanding evolutionary connections, and critically evaluating biological information.
