Weber State's dance education program provides individualized instruction from experienced faculty, opportunities for student-produced concerts, and exposure to visiting artists. Graduates can pursue careers in education, arts administration, or dance therapy, or continue their studies at the graduate level.

Weber State's dance education major offers individualized attention from faculty with professional dance backgrounds and a variety of styles, along with the opportunity to co-produce your own concert. You also will have the chance to learn from visiting artists from around the country.
Careers:
Graduates from Weber State's dance education program can pursue careers in education or arts administration. You can teach dance at an elementary or secondary school, as a private instructor or become a dance therapist. If you’d like to continue your studies and become a dance educator at the university level, there are many master’s and doctorate-level programs to consider.
