Program Description:
The Executive MBA - Global is a 24-month program divided into three stages. It combines interactive in-person workshops with self-study elements, offering students the flexibility to continue working while studying. Stage 1 focuses on the fundamentals of business management, with modules on managing processes and systems, financial resources, people, and personal development. Stage 2 delves into international business, strategy, marketing, and responsible leadership. Students also participate in an immersive study trip to China or the US to work with a start-up, NGO, or charity. Stage 3 focuses on making an impact, with a leadership and change module, a management research project, and a choice of additional elective modules. Students can choose from international study visits, taught electives, or an online module.
