What you will Learn:

  • Introduction lecture on Eyesi surgical simulator and Dry-Lab / Rules of working with the simulator
  • Lectures on vitreoretinal surgery equipment and instruments, pars plana vitrectomy steps, surgical tactics, prevention, and management of complications
  • Training with Eyesi surgical simulator in Dry-Lab.
  • Vitreoretinal training modules include:
  • posterior hyaloid detachment
  • peripheral vitrectomies
  • internal limiting membrane peeling
  • the removal of epiretinal membranes
  • the treatment of retinal detachments with oil or gas endotamponades
