The International Finance Law PGCert is delivered through rigorous postgraduate-level teaching, incorporating the expertise and practical insights of renowned academics and practitioners:

Two modules at Bergen/ Stockholm will be a mandatory part:

- Law and Banking Crises: Explores complex legal and policy questions arising in response to systemic banking crises and explores potential solutions for international financial stability and crisis resolution mechanisms.
- International Financial Institutions and Capital Market Regulatory Frameworks: Examines the structure and regulatory frameworks governing essential international financial institutions like the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and various regulatory bodies, including analysis of relevant international treaties, policy decisions, and contemporary challenges in a global context.
- Dispute Resolution in Global Finance: Equips students with a thorough understanding of varied methods for dispute resolution in international financial transactions, including international arbitration and its diverse procedures, alongside other relevant mechanisms pertinent to the global sphere.
- The International Law Aspects Of Finance II: Focuses primarily on sovereign debt restructuring, including relevant international law, contractual approaches, collective action clauses and related financial stability instruments, and the application of these in sovereign debt crises and restructuring processes worldwide.
