This program is the first of its kind, focusing on the scientific study of aesthetics and creativity. These skills are relevant in various fields, including the visual and performing arts, clinical interventions, curating exhibitions, dance choreography, marketing, and advertising. The program is unique in its combination of scientific methods and psychological theory with principles of aesthetic and creative practice.   • This requirement includes a research component.

Additional considerations

  • If your undergraduate degree is in a field like Visual or Performing Arts, Design, Humanities, Business, or other non-scientific subjects, you must demonstrate:
  • Sufficient background knowledge and experience with psychological or cognitive neuroscience approaches.
  • Adequate statistical knowledge.

  • Acceptable alternative English Language qualifications may also be considered.

Statistics and Research Methods Prerequisite:
