Home/EU Students:

  • An undergraduate degree with at least a second-class upper (2:1) honors in a relevant/related subject, such as sociology, urban studies, cultural studies, photography, or visual arts.
  • Proficiency in photographic practice, including familiarity with a 35mm camera and photographic printing.
  • Portfolio of visual images demonstrating your creative and technical abilities.

International Students:

  • An undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK second-class upper (2:1) honors in a relevant/related subject.
  • Evidence of English language proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with no element lower than 6.0.
  • Proficiency in photographic practice, including familiarity with a 35mm camera and photographic printing.
  • Portfolio of visual images demonstrating your creative and technical abilities.

Additional Considerations:

  • Applicants who don't meet the standard entry requirements but have relevant experience and a strong portfolio may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • International students who are unable to obtain an IELTS score may be able to take a pre-sessional English language course at Goldsmiths.
