INTO was beneficial to me academically in the sense that I'd already been taught some of the topics I did in my first year of university. The fact that most of the topics were familiar to me gave me confidence and a very good foundation for my Law degree. Also, the method of teaching is very similar so I had no struggles adapting to the University’s methods.
