Immersive Computing BSc(Hons) Entry Requirements:


EU Home Students

  • Two A Levels, including a B in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a B in Computing.
  • BTEC Extended Diploma in a STEM subject with a Merit profile.
  • BTEC Diploma in IT with a Distinction profile and a Merit in a STEM A Level.
  • Other Level 3 qualifications with a minimum of 112 UCAS Tariff points.
  • Applicants with relevant work experience may also be considered upon individual review.

International Students (outside the EU)

  • International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 28 points.
  • High School Diploma with an overall average of 75% or equivalent.
  • Applicants with other international qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

  • IELTS: Overall score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any sub-skill.
  • TOEFL: Overall score of 85 with no less than 20 in any sub-test.
  • PTE Academic: Overall score of 58 with no less than 51 in any sub-skill.
  • Cambridge English Language Assessment: Overall score of 176 with no less than 162 in any sub-skill.
  • Applicants are required to submit a portfolio of work demonstrating their skills and experience in computing and technology.
  • Applicants are encouraged to attend a portfolio review day at the University.
