Local Applicants
- SPM/O-Level: Minimum 5 credits in relevant subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- UEC: Minimum 5Bs in relevant subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- STPM: Minimum 2Cs in relevant subjects including Biology and Chemistry.
- A-Level: Minimum 2 passes in relevant subjects including Biology and Chemistry.
- Diploma/Equivalent: Minimum CGPA of 2.5 in a relevant field such as Science, Biomedical Science, or Pharmacy.
