About Program

Program Overview

The programme is delivered in two parts, or modules. In the first module, delegates are introduced to a range of theoretical models and practical examples, to support them in defining the scope of their project, addressing organisational enablers, challenges and processes, identifying goals and metrics for success. In the second module, delegates apply learning to their own projects, with a supporting framework to reflect and improve their practice. Each delegate is allocated a tutor, who will provide one to one support, as the project progresses. The programme is designed for users of digital technology, rather than technologists. It is distinctive in providing a framework within which to implement real life projects.

    Course summary

    Introducing digital systems involves change

management and co-design. One of the unique elements of digital projects are that users can configure, re-configure and use the system in ways which were not intended – both good and bad. A good digital project implementation needs to take account of different users and stakeholders, centred around an innovator who works with technical teams and suppliers. This programme aims to provide skills to select, champion and introduce new digital systems, developments or strategies to deliver core objectives for the business/organisation. It is aimed at managers and lead professionals within businesses, public services and the third sector.
