The program consists of 120 units of taught modules spread across three terms (nine months) in two intakes (September and January). Students can choose from a variety of modules covering various areas within international and commercial law, including:
- International and Comparative Human Rights Law (International Mechanisms)
- Law of World Trade
- Artificial Intelligence and The Law
- Banking Law and Fintech
- Corporate Law and Corporate Insolvency
- Financial Crime, Money Laundering and Market Abuse
- International Intellectual Property Law
- International Trade and Maritime Law
- Law of War
- Marine Insurance
- Public International Law: Issues and Contemporary Practices
