Program Overview

This accelerated International MBA program offers a flexible schedule for working professionals, allowing for deeper subject immersion and practical experiences. Through group projects, individual submissions, presentations, and participation, students develop essential business skills. The program prepares graduates for executive roles in various business departments, including marketing, finance, and human resources.

• The program is designed for students who wish to fast-track their MBA experience and quickly transition into their desired career paths.
• The program provides a more paced curriculum, allowing students additional time for deeper immersion into the subjects, and potentially more opportunities for internships or real-world business experiences.

Assessment:

• Group submission (40%)
• Individual submission (20%)
• Formal oral presentation for module project (20%)
• Participation grade (20%) based on participation during classes.

Teaching:

• Classes are run on weekdays in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm.
• Classes are 2-3 times per week, which allows students to work and study at the same time.
• Students have guest speakers in their discipline, and some of their course projects will happen in collaboration with a real business.
• ESEI runs guest speaker sessions throughout the year, some of which will focus on specific areas in business, and all of which will provide relevant insights for students.
• Students will have visits open throughout the year to different local companies giving insight into the Barcelona business landscape.

Careers:

• The International MBA is designed to help students gain top executive job positions or run a global business.
• With this degree, students will be able to access managerial positions within different business departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Human Resources to name a few.
