Program Overview


The Master of Research in Russian, East European & Eurasian Studies at the University of Glasgow is a one-year program that trains students in language-based area studies.   • CRIME AND CORRUPTION IN THE FORMER SOVIET UNION
  • RETHINKING CENTRAL ASIAN SECURITY
  • The dissertation is 12,000-15,000 words in length.
  • Some languages and courses are not offered every year, and students may also be able to choose courses from other subjects in the School of Social & Political Sciences.
  • Language training is offered at various levels, from beginner to advanced.
  • Students with a degree in one of the region's languages can take an additional course instead.
