The BA (Hons) Special Educational Needs, Disability & Inclusion (SENDI) and Sport program is structured in a four-year format, including a Foundation Year.
Foundation Year:

- Sport and Physical Education: Combining academic study of sport, education & society with practical exploration
Year 2:
- Young People and Physical Activity: Examining the influence and impact of physical activity in young individuals

Year 3:
- Adapted Physical Activity and Disability Sports: Understanding concepts, terminology & laws affecting individuals with disabilities in the context of physical activities and sports

Dissertation (40 credits):
Students design, conduct research, and write a dissertation in an area relevant to sport or physical education.
Capstone Project Proposal & Project (both 30 credits):
Students propose and implement research-informed projects, choosing from primary research, secondary research, creative project or community/work-based project design, focusing on Inclusion or SEND. Throughout the program, placements in relevant fields provide valuable hands-on experience and strengthen students' professional profiles.
