Module 1: Mind-Opening & Knowledge Management Setting (5% of the program):

This initial module focuses on foundational managerial skills. Specific courses include Managerial Economics (essentials of entrepreneurship and business planning), Management Accounting for Decision Making (financial aspects of business decisions, including cost management, budgeting, and investment appraisal), Business Strategy (long-term direction and strategy of a company), Financial Statement Analysis (understanding financial statements for decision-making), Project & Operations Management (project management and problem-solving), Marketing: Traditional and Digital (application of marketing principles), Human Resource Management (strategic HR issues), and Data Analytics for Managers (basic data analysis for business decisions). Business in Action - Hands-on Lab (15% of the program):

This includes a Business Practice Lab with Microsoft (developing a product launch strategy and running a virtual company), and a Global Trends Lab (identifying and analyzing global trends and their impact on businesses).


Capstone Project (20% of the program):

Students will tackle a real-world business challenge, potentially working on a marketing strategy, increasing online sales, or creating a loyalty program. Examples of past projects include assessing the impact of Covid on e-commerce strategy for Zara and analyzing consumer behavior and market expansion for Amazon.


Teaching:

The MIM program's teaching is conducted by a highly selected international faculty comprising university professors, trainers, and business managers from diverse professional fields.
